Stifflock LV (1405)

Stiff Lock Low Viscosity (LV) 1405 is a Cyanocrylate adhesive with excellent bonding characteristics. This adhesive cures rapily at room temperature and forms extremly strong joints. This adhesive is applied on to one substrate and the other substrate is placed together with light finger pressure.

Applications: Flex, metal, Stone, leather, Rubber, Halmet, Ceramics, Acrylic, Handicrafts etc.
Viscosity: 2–5cps

Stifflock LV (1410)

Stiff Lock Low Viscosity (LV) 1410 Blue Cyanoacrylate Adhesives are specially formulated of standard cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesives that are colored blue for visual control, inspection, or differentiation purposes. These adhesives retain the fast-curing and high-strength characteristics of regular cyanoacrylates but are easier to track during application.

Applications: Electrical components, PCB component fixing, metal, Stone, leather, Rubber, Halmet, Ceramics, Acrylic, Handicrafts etc.

They offer strong, fast bonds like standard CAs but are thicker and more manageable on challenging geometries. This adhesive is applied on to one substrate and the other substrate is placed together with light finger pressure.

Applications: WPC/PVC Board, Mica, MDF, Metal strip, Wood, Acrylic, PVC foam board, Lamination, Marble, Louvers, Fabric flex, PVC, Skirting Moulding, 3D fonts etc.

Stifflock HV (1500) Rough

Toughned Black — Stiff Lock MV is a Medium viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesives is a Rubber-toughened Black Cyanoacrylate adhesive is a high-performance instant adhesive modified with elastomeric particles (typically rubbers) and black pigment. Rubber toughened medium viscosity Black Cyanoacrylate adhesive with increased flexibility and impact resistance. Suitable for bonding rubbers, speaker parts and metals. Curing time is designed to allow right positioning of the pieces before assembly. Good temperature resistance.

Stifflock MV (1420)

Stifflock Spray Activator Glass Bottle (1705)

Stifflock Spray Activator is a solvent based activator formulated to increase the cure speed of Stifflock Cyanoacrylate Adhesives. The cure speed of cyanoacrylates will be enhanced by spraying the activator onto one of the surfaces to be bonded before using the adhesive, allowing for faster production of bonded parts. It is suited best for porous parts or poorly mated parts.

Stiff Lock Aerosol Activator Aerosol Container (1805)

Stiff Lock Aerosol Activator is a solvent based activator formulated to increase the cure speed of Stiff Lock Cyanoacrylate Adhesives. The cure speed of cyanoacrylates will be enhanced by spraying the activator onto one of the surfaces to be bonded before using the adhesive, allowing for faster production of bonded parts. It can be used in a variety of applications but is particularly suited best for porous parts or poorly mated parts.

Pressurised container, avoid exposure to direct sunlight & high temperatures
Avoid inhaling

In case of contact with eyes/skin, wash with abundant amount of water and seek medical help
Excess use may result in discoloration on some printed surfaces

DIRECTION
Position the tin cane upright, 3 inches away from the target surface. Use Aerosol activator on one surface then apply glue on the opposing surface. Position both the surfaces together and hold for 10–20 Secs.
While filling gaps, cracks or voids, fill glue first, then use Aerosol activator over the glue.
